Return & Exchange Policy

We want every Rang Vrinda customer to feel delighted with their purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please review our return/exchange guidelines below:

Return/Exchange Window

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

Benarasi sarees and products specifically mentioned as “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return.

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

A parcel-opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

The video must be continuous (uncut), showing the package from all sides before opening.

If the video shows any tampering or discrepancies, Rang Vrinda reserves the right to reject the return without providing a reason.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer.

Exchanges

Exchange requests will be processed subject to stock availability.

If the requested size/design is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
